Today’s podcast is with former waratahs, northern suburbs and current Toyota Verblitz Coach Simon Cron. This episode was an absolute treat for me. As someone who has just joined the world of coaching i basically just asked things that i had always wanted to ask him. I could have honestly talked to him for hours. We talked about coaching, mentors including steve hansen, Wayne smith and his uncle Mike, changing cultures and a lot more. This is a fantastic podcast for rugby people
but even if your just interested in how to get the most out of a group of humans then it’s worth a listen. For me, i think in today’s day and age it’s rare to meet someone who is on a path to mastery, that doesn’t necessarily mean that they will get there, but even meeting people who are on the path is something to sit back and appreciate and in my opinion cronny is definitely on that path. I really enjoyed this conversation and i hope you get as much out of it as i did.
