Alejandra Leiva, one of the Suffolk University Career Center Career Ambassadors, shares her experiences from Steve Irwin-obsessed aspiring animal biologist to Suffolk University Psychology student. Alejandra has dedicated hours volunteering with the Suffolk Advocacy Clinic and getting to use the Spanish language in a professional setting for the first time. As a Latina person, she cares deeply about the Latinx community and plans to continue giving back in any ways she can.
