In this weeks solo episode I talk about the truth of your power. I don't think people realize the magnitude of their true power and that if we were not powerful than "they" wouldn't be continuously rolling out crazy tactics to attempt to keep us dumb, sick and dependent. Your power lies in your ability get curious to recognize where you are giving it away, why and your ability to take it back. Having compassion along with that curiosity is key to not go into a shame spiral or continue to live in the past.
