Welcome back, I’ve been very vocal about racism and I will continue to use my voice to speak up. Changes are coming. Whether big or small, it doesn’t matter as long as we are making a change. I wanted to basically go over a word that has been in my face all week and express what it means to me and how it can be thought of in different ways. As always, I’m thankful for you all.
