Hey guys it's RJ, Unique, and Kalhil! At some point in our lives, we have all had relationships rather they are romantic, professional, or personal that have begun to weigh on us in negative ways. These relationships don't bring out the best in us and don't aid us in being the best version of ourselves. For a multitude of reasons, we find it difficult to cut ties and walk away from these relationships. We often question if or when it is alright to finally walk away and be done. Yes, it is absolutely alright to walk away from a relationship that is unfulfilling. If you feel disgruntled, dissatisfied, unfulfilled, or unhappy and in the relationship it is not wrong for you to prioritize your peace of mind and happiness. In today’s episode we’re going to take a deep dive into When to Walk Away and have a real honest conversation about it. Our hope is that our listeners will get something from this deep, honest, and real conversation from the viewpoint of both a Licensed Professional Counselors and a Licensed Social Worker. Stay tuned as we drop new content weekly. If you want to watch this episode we can be found at Try Not To Overthink it on Youtube.
