My personal experience with GoDaddy is brutal but honest. This episode walks you through the end of an 11 year relationship with GoDaddy and how bad customer service put that last nail on the coffin of our love affair.  Included are some domains I'm selling, how to complain the right way,  and for business owners;  pay attention to your customer service people. They may be the reason why your numbers are dropping.
