LISTEN as Steven Buck, CPO's President/CEO, hosts Natashia Mason, MSN, RN, who is CPO's Director of Strategic Initiatives.  Natashia discusses her journey up the career ladder from CNA to LPN to RN and most recently earning her Master's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. In addition to her many duties with CPO, Natashia serves as an examiner in the AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards program, and shares thoughts on that experience as well as her thoughts on leadership.
