Craig Hoffman and Chris Gorres are joined by Nic Hill from EXOS to talk about training for the NFL Draft. Nic explains how EXOS has developed their system to maximize each athletes draft prospect and how that has paid off with picks like #1 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Travon Walker. Plus, they talk about how the system has evolved over the years and what's stayed the same.
The guys also go behind the scenes of the 2022 NFL Combine and how EXOS successfully scrambled following a last minute rule change allowing their coaches to be on site in Indianapolis.
Last but not least, they talk about Washington Commanders first round pick Jahan Dotson (Penn State), who Hill trained in Phoenix this off-season.
