Welcome to Episode 204 of the Daily 3 Minute Mantra Podcast with Aaralyn Shiri! Today's mantra is a Sanskrit prayer to the divine called "Twavmeva."

Twameva means "you truly are." It is a 4 line prayer, so we will be learning it in several parts. I created this melody, but there are several other standard melodies that you might hear for it! The first line is "twameva mata cha pita twameva" and means, "you truly are my mother and my father."
