Police Misconduct update
In June 2020, Officer Austin Hopp, Officer Daria Jalali, and Sergeant Phil Metzler of the Loveland Police Department arrested a 73 year-old woman suffering from dementia, fracturing her arm and dislocating her shoulder. At the time of the arrest, he was in his daughter's hospital room.
