I’ve been reading John Maxwell’s book The Leader’s Greatest Return. 

John wrote “The truth is, every person you bring onto your team, will either make it stronger or weaker.”

I also remember reading an article with Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, where he said something similar; “I’d much rather interview 50 people and not hire anyone than hire the wrong person.”

Leadership question…. What can we do to raise the bar?
