Episode 21 – A Pre-Election Conversation w/ Ian Strahn and Xavier Rodriguez

Listen Later

Today’s episode is a special one: for the first time, I invited two guests and asked them to have a conversation – with me and with each other.

My guests are Ian Strahn, who’s from Montana and lives here in Leipzig, and Xavier Rodriguez, who is from Texas and lives in Flagstaff, Arizona.

I asked them to come on the podcast to talk about the upcoming presidential election because I know that they hold opposing political views.

We spoke about their reasons for voting for either of the two major candidates and why they are discouraged by the two-party system.

You’ll also hear a clear difference in enthusiasm between the two of them, a trend that is characteristic for this year’s election and one that could potentially decide it.

The interview was recorded on October 27, 2020.
