Welcome to the Things That Shape Us podcast. My name is Jonathan Wymer and I'm joined by James Gary to discuss a various range of subjects that are all related to one idea: How those things shape our lives.

In this episode, James and I discuss ONE THING that shaped our lives. For better or for worse, alcohol has shaped our lives in one way or another. James and I share a few anecdotes involving the sauce, the booze, the FIREWATER! Some of them are funny, some of them were interesting wake-up calls telling us that the spirits wanted us to find other ways of enjoying ourselves. No matter what way we looked at it, we still found that alcohol has had a profound affect on our lives individually and even for a few shared experiences. We don't condone the consumption of alcohol, nor do we reject those of us who consume. Just sit back and listen to another tale from us old salts, and leave your inhibitions at the door!
