In this episode, I recap a little about my mini break. Anxiety, time change, election, pandemic, etc all contributed to the peak stress I was feeling over the course of the month. This year, 2020 has been especially rough for all of us. This year, on November 26, 2020, marks the 7th anniversary of my son's, Sebastián, passing. I share with you his story and my story about his passing.
