The attitude determines the outcome. Waiting on God is a special process whereby the Lord causes our eyes to turn to Him for help in time of need. Learning to have a mature attitude is imperative in this process. If we don't follow His lead we will extend the duration or distress in our trial.  We need the Lord to infuse our attitude with His focus.
