In and out I breathe.
My presence is what I find.
As though my soul is old, the light in my energy within continues to shine—not just for myself, but to return, to fill, to reach.
To touch those who carry the same fire, those whose paths flicker in rhythm with mine.
Maybe, just maybe, we’ve felt as if we’ve almost given up—
Worn from the weight of walking alone.
But our mission is not yet done.
The moment we nearly surrender is often the very threshold to something beyond.

For I do not carry a sword for war—I carry one in the silence of meditation.
My battles are unseen.
They are fought in the stillness of breath,
In the choice to guide, rather than conquer.
To give even when I am empty, to serve even when I am unseen.
