In this episode the ladies talk bucking social norms and behaving "badly".  In the 1950's women were expected to get married, raise children, and tend to a house.  Oh yeah, and they were supposed to not really show any emotion.  This belief of women being just the glorified maid is finally gone (for the most part) and The Total Package is putting all their "bad behaviors" on the table for the world to see.
