Last episode we talked about freedom mapping. Today, we want to quickly touch base on client facing process maps. Showing a client from the start where they fit into the picture of a process can make all the difference when working together. We want to show the client the role that they play alongside us, so that both of us working together can ensure a really great outcome. It helps the client see themselves in the picture of the process and creates a clear direction of what is expected from both parties while working together.
