Episode 21 | From CPA to CEO with Tanya Budd
On this episode, I sat down with Tanya Budd, CPA and Business Consultant based in Saskatoon, SK. We had so many great talks about one of the biggest things in business... your finances.

Tanya knew she wanted more from her life and work so she took a leap of faith. She left her safe, cushy, corporate job in the middle of a global pandemic and started a small consulting firm working with female entrepreneurs.
Fast forward a year and a half, and Tanya has a team of CPAs and administrative/systems professionals working with her and her clients to tackle the big, juicy problems that so many small business owners face. And they see wildly successful results every single day.
Tanya is in her zone of genius when a client comes to her with a problem she hasn’t encountered before. She loves diving in through research and discovery with her team to figure out an innovative way to solve the problem.
Everyone has their own reasons for becoming an entrepreneur, but Tanya’s are freedom, flexibility and the ability to jump on a plane whenever she wants. Tanya loves to travel (her most recent trip was Tulum!); she loves to spend time with her partner, Anthony, and their cats, Georgia and Antoinette; and she loves to play tennis although she admits she’s sh*t at it.
