Summer Series, Episode 3: Welcome back to TheMegAndMaggiPodcast! This is the third episode out of four to be included in our Summer Series. The Summer Series consists of short episodes where we discuss summer-related overall wellness topics.
Today's topic is always a favorite - food! Food is one of our favorite things to discuss here on the podcast and what we eat varies from season to season.
What we eat in the summer looks a lot different than the foods we eat in the winter. This is due to availability, cravings, changes in our daily schedules, what nourishes us best during each season, and more.
Food plays a huge role in our health and it's important that we are conscious of our decisions. Does this mean we need to eat perfect, organic, sugar-free foods all of the time? Absolutely not. It means it's in our best interest to be aware of what we are eating and make food choices that best support us, both in this moment and long term.
We hope you enjoy listening to us discuss our favorite summer meals and would love to hear what yours are! Head over to @themegandmaggipodcast on Instagram and leave a comment with your favorite summer recipes on this episode's post.

Meg & Maggi
