Inspired by a popular bible verse “Do not be anxious about anything”(Philippians 4:6-7) she discuses the modern day context and impact of anxious and worried feelings. In addition she shares her thoughts on how to release this by having leadership over your mind. If you can shift the focus, you can shift the purpose.
