On this episode of Navigating Life Podcast, Toya will share with Coach Lo how her personal decision caused stress to the point of stroke that could have taken her life at the early age of 41.   

Toya experienced some challenges on her journey, she survived a life filled with toxicity from domestic violence from her husband, a divorce, finding her father dead, all before the age of 27. But because she didn’t heal from all of these challenges(in addition to her then current current cares) stress compounded at age 41 and cause her to have a stoke. Toya decided she was going to terminate anything and anyone that would cause her stress.  

Toya decided to do the things that would help her to heal and alleviate the stress she was experiencing. She changed her complete lifestyle to take a stand for her life and is winning and thriving!!!
