This week I talk to Mark Nolan. He was a founding member of The Homers Running Club in Albuquerque. He has been in a band with his brother (http://nolanbrothersmusic.com/), climbed the 14ers in Colorado, cross country skis, does roller blade marathons, and has overall had a very active life. We talk about his different endeavors, what keep him motivated, and some of his best memories.

It has been great talking with people I otherwise might never have spoken with. I met Mark one morning on my run and stopped to comment on his old running shirt. From that I got an amazing story that I was happy to share. Now isn't the appropriate time, but think on the community of runners around you and what that can look like in the future.
