Mike joined us for a conversation about the Run For all events. This took us to where it all began with the unbelievable strength and motivation of legend, the late, Jane Tomlinson. 

Having received a terminal cancer diagnosis, Jane was told to go home and make the best of her remaining 4 to 5 months, Jane actually went on to complete the London Marathon 3 times, the London Triathlon twice, the New York Marathon and cycled across Europe and the USA.

Completing these personal challenges saw Jane raising £1.85 million for charity.

Before Jane’s death in 2007 Mike & Jane founded the Run For All Charity, which has now gone onto to raise over £20 million for hundreds of charities. Jane’s legacy continues to inspire people to raise money for charity through the Run For All 10 km, half-marathon & marathon events.

Mike also told us of how he continues to run himself, for health and to clear the mind.
