It’s time for us to break out our shearers and dust off our crooks, because we’re going shepherding with Pastore Brewing! Ok, that was tenuous even for us (or, more accurately, for the Brain). We are sampling a couple of their beers though, specifically two of their Waterbeach Weisses: Watermelon & Guava, and Blackcurrant. A fabulously experimental brewery from Cambridgeshire specialising in wild & mixed-ferm beers, let’s see if their sours hit any sour notes (we reckon that’s pretty unlikely). Here’s hoping neither of us cries wolf...
