This week, I invited my dear buddy Noha to chat. Noha is someone Colorado brought to me, and we've gotten close by choosing to remind each other to always slow down and allow ourselves a little more loving. She's a spring of good vibes even on a bad day, so I'm excited you all get to hear from her today.
