In this episode of AMP Intermission, I share with you some simple tips and tools to implement and make a priority over the holiday season. We can feel overwhelmed or some stress attached with taking time off our sport and needing to be prepared for our return, however, it's called a break for a reason. We need to acknowledge where we are at physically, mentally and emotionally and tap into what our bodies our telling us that they need!
I will take you through the tools from rest and recovery, to maintaining a level of fitness and being just present with those that mean the most to you. Holidays are my FAVORITE time of the year, and I share with you how to make the most of it all while maintaining your sight on you pursuit of the mission.
