Hey friend! In today's quick tip, I am talking about starting small as we head into a new season! Instead of getting overwhelmed by all of the things you want to accomplish now that you're back to a more structured schedule, pick one thing and start there.
Maybe that means you're only committing to drinking enough water a day (half of your body weight in ounces) or committing to 20 minutes of movement a day.
It doesn't matter what small step you take as long as you take one! You're not going to accomplish all of your goals today, so pick one that feels good for you right now.
