My thoughts on our Sacred Moon cycle, how are daughters are impacted and truly evaluating our belief systems. Too often our menstrual cycles are looked at as taboo, dirty and something to be ashamed of. Many women have spent their whole lives disconnected to the innate wisdom within, and many of our daughters are taught the same type of disconnection. 

Let's reclaim and redefine what our moon cycle represents, how sacred it actually is and all the beauty that comes with it. Let's realign with our natural rite as empowered feminine beings. There is so much wisdom that comes from the Rite of Passage into womanhood and these thoughts of mine are just the tip of the iceberg!
