You cannot change or improve what you cannot admit… that is why confession is so good for the soul! When you really love someone, you tell them the truth (in a loving and honest way…of course). So why do we lie to ourselves so often? Why aren’t we honest about our faults, sins, habits, what we neglect, what we focus on, what we idolize, what we REALLY Love and what we REALLY hate? .
