In the last quarter of 2020 I watched a documentary about the origins and evolution of the streaming giant, Netflix. I really enjoyed the film. For me at least, it seemed to capture the spirit of Californian entrepreneurship without sensationalising the narrative. The film was produced and directed by Shawn Cauthen, who is on the show with me today, talking about how he came to make Netflix v. the World and other projects he’s got on the go. Here’s that take.
