Today I shared six easy to follow self care tips to make sure that you are taking care of yourself during these strange times we are living in.  Many of us are parents, have jobs and lots of responsibilities and a lot of us are being asked to carry on as usual but nothing at all about this is usual!  So its easy to go into panic, completely stressed out, I am running out the front door with my hair on fire mode!  Which isn't going to serve you or the people around you well.  So my hope was to share a little of my own journey during this time and some tips I have gathered along the way and I am using that you may find useful.
