Today I want to talk about a topic that needs to be address if you wish to move forward on your path of growth in a healthy way. It is an area of my life that I have learnt plenty about. 

It is an area that I stayed in for a very long time throughout my journey, unconsciously and totally unaware that I was even doing it. And the biggest lesson was that this issue was the only reason why I couldn’t move forward on my path and have the growth and relief I had been wishing hoping and praying for. 

And it’s a huge testament to how far I have come that I am able to share all that I have learnt with you here today.

So that I would like to just take a moment and sit in the excitement of that!
