Principal Tony Fischer and content strategist John Gonzalez co-host West Catholic Live, a show about all the great things happening at West Catholic High School. This week they spotlight Teacher Appreciation Week.

This show aired on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.

Gonzo and Tony discuss their favorite teachers, and then welcome two former students, Cam Burns, who is the school's associate athletic director, and Natalie Scalabrino, who is the Director of Communications.

They show videos from teachers/staff members Emilee Lowell, Lisa Nawrocki, Jim Arsulowicz, Geri Wesorick, Joe Phelan, Phil Dolci and Tim Nawrocki, all former students who talk about their favorite teachers.

Cam delivers some sports highlights and does Cam’s Giveaway. Last week’s winner was Lana Conklin.

Tony and Gonzo then focus on the school's Rugby team, interviewing coach/teacher Todd Beaudoin, as well as players August Christensen and Josh Pease.

Junior Renee St. Andre givers her weather forecast, and a shout to her favorite teacher, Carolyn Hathaway.

Did You Know with Tony Fischer: He says that West Catholic offers 19 AP classes.

Spanish teacher Gloria Coste de Falk is interviewed by students Sophia Makarewicz and Santiago Meja about the meaning of Cinco de Mayo and why we celebrate the day in the U.S.
