We are back after a brief illness-riddled hiatus! Sadly we are still one Ranter down as Lord Cheesy Beans is still poorly so the Jacket Potato himself Ben flies solo this week and in a break from the A-Z has a slew of rants that didn't quite make the cut on previous episodes plus some new ones from the strange ether that is his brain. Ben also explains the lack of our Rantermania specials (that'll be saved for the Ranting Bore of 2024).

This episode goes full belt and braces about angry sportspeople, cherry tomatoes, belts and a Pretenders song which sounds like a car alarm.

Some exceptional rants have been sent in my listeners on the Twittah machine this week and we feature a vocal cameo from the equally silver-tongued @pigsbladders too!

James does make it onto the show this week using every last bit of his voice to give his soapbox moment and Ben may have also offended an entire nation!

The A-Z will return next week when (all being well) the gruesome twosome will be reunited.
