Taking place sometime between the release of Shawshank Redemption and Forrest Gump- general managers across the league had to deal with incompetent scouting departments and overall questionable decision making. If I could give advice to the general managers of 1994, I would say "Hey, not every pick is a good pick, but they don't all have to be shit picks." This is the nicest way we could word it.
