Who is the Guest?
Adit Shah, The Housebender, exited the military 2 years ago with large ambitions but no plans. He discovered BiggerPockets, where he found a real estate developer who was active in the San Diego area. Adit offered to work for him for free as a handyman and that turned into helping manage all of his properties (40 doors), private lending, partnering, and managing his projects.
As a partner, principal, lender, or manager he has been involved in SFR/MFR flips, property management, Subdivisions, new construction, private lending, and more!
