An Italian originally from The Bronx, NY, she now lives in San Diego, CA, and works as a Personal Trainer. Val and I met around 4 years ago, working together in the nightlife scene of Los Angeles for one of the powerhouse nightlife, restaurant, and hotel companies in the US, SBE. Val being a cocktail server, and I a server's assistant, many nights we teamed up to serve a section of the club, and during rare down times we would chat about the ups and downs of relationships. So to have her coming on the show a few years later, albeit remotely, was such a wonderful treat.
