This week, on the FSL Podcast, Ashlee Canty joins us for a conversation about the importance of diversity within chapters, the role that advisors can play in emphasizing diversity and inclusion, and some practical suggestions for increasing the focus on diversity and inclusion within a chapter and community.

Ashlee Canty serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for SAE. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.  She holds her masters of science in college student personnel from Western Illinois University and is currently a doctoral candidate at DePaul University. Prior to beginning her work with SAE, Ashlee worked at Syracuse and DePaul Universities in their FSL offices.
