We at Highlawn Baptist Church would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas!  How wonderful is it to have the freedom to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus the Christ!

Today, Pastor Jason highlighted the fact that Jesus was and is the prophesied Emmanuel - God With Us!  What does it say about the love of God, our Creator, to humble Himself and come to earth as a baby, to be born in a lowly stable, to live as the simple son of a carpenter, in order to offer Himself as the sacrifice that allows us the opportunity to join Him in Heaven for all of eternity?

If you have not yet come to Jesus in a spirit of humble repentance, and professed your belief in all that He is, asking Him to regenerate you, so you may be born again, today could and should be that day.
