"Agility"

Just over 2 years ago I watched Glenn Sanford share his vision from the stage at the Shareholder Summit, here in Las Vegas.

When he finished, I patiently waited for him to emerge from backstage because I needed to pick his brain.

I had to ask him 2 questions:

1. How many books a year do you read?

The book he told me that he was reading was, “Agility”.

Or formally titled “Agility: How to Navigate the Unknown and Seize Opportunity in a World of Disruption"

As we approach the upcoming Shareholder Summit, it couldn’t be more fitting that this was the book he was reading when I asked.

You see, this event was supposed to take place in Orlando, but for obvious reasons it won’t be, we had to adjust.

But it wasn’t canceled either.

With his ability to “navigate the unknown”, Glen has positioned our company to seize opportunity in a world of disruption.

And even better, he has invited any agent of any brokerage to attend this event at no cost.

Most agents will read this and think they already “Know” what eXp Realty is about, and will never take the time to research it correctly because their ego will get in the way, and that is fine, they can continue to do what they are doing.
