We created Empowered Convos because we understand the unique challenges that High Achieving/High Powered Black women face in their personal and professional lives. The Superwoman Syndrome, a term that often describes the pressure to be strong and perfect in all aspects of life, is something many of us can relate to. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where we can break down these expectations, embrace vulnerability, and empower ourselves and our listeners to live more authentic and fulfilling lives.
