We talk to John Gill - Singer Songwriter,  Guitarist, Teacher and Producer. John is something of an institution on the local Derbyshire music scene and this year celebrates 50 years performing with his brother and sister in the Skiffle band Please Y'Self. We trace back over the decades to uncover the influential moments in his career which has made him such a respected and admired musician both on stage and working hard behind the scenes to help others.
