Why do we have fears when we start writing? Is it because we're scared of rejection? Or is it self-doubt that our work is even worth writing? Or are we boxing ourselves in, saying we're too (insert whatever stereotype)? 

How do we shake them? Hint: it will take some time, but we have to be positive. I know it sounds mushy, but hear me out. There's actually something to positive thinking. I've been trying it for a few months now, and I am starting to see some little differences. Don't expect it to change overnight, but know that it will change.
