i complain more than i should but god i had such a wonderful time and needed a little rant.

I went home and ran the local state parks 25k as i said i wanted to in this episode.

i'll make a more positive up bringing podcast next week (not from the grand canyon)

i do really enjoy these nature walk podcasts.   switches it up a bit from the driving.
