Today’s podcast episode is a fun one! This seems to be the year of Taylor Swift and, along with all the other Taylor Swift fans, I have spent a lot of time over the last few months following her Era’s tour and relistening to all her albums. 

Taylor Swift is arguably one of the most popular and successful single music artists on the planet—and yet, she is also still a human being with a human brain. And watching the way she makes choices in her life and puts her work out into the world, despite whatever fears or insecurities her brain might have, is inspiring and one of the things I appreciate most about her. 

But that’s not all! 

In today’s episode of the podcast, I’m sharing some of the things I admire most about Taylor Swift and the biggest lessons that I have learned by watching her because I think there are applications for all of us who want to live a rich, full life.
