As adults, we’re still dealing with grown people who act like kids — drama, gossip, jealousy, comparison, and dishonesty. It makes you pause and ask… what are we teaching our own children?
In this episode, I share reflections as a parent (not a parenting expert) who has watched the world completely change since the 80s and the rise of the internet. The pressure on our kids is different now — louder, faster, and constant.
But the most important lessons are still simple.

We can’t control the world they’re growing up in. But we can help shape how they move through it.
Simple daily choices matter — movement, nourishing food, time in prayer, quiet time, getting outside.
Sometimes our kids just need permission to know there is another way — and they will be okay.
