When we deny the feelings that make us uncomfortable, we deny the gifts that they hold for us. When we can't move the energy that is stagnant we love our life force. When we refuse to dance with our Shadow, we can never learn to dance with our Light. 

This is an intimate share...A glimpse of a moment that changed me. A moment of release and clarity.

The dance doesn't have to take on this form, but in this one moment it did for me. It was my moment. THE moment that set off a series of beautiful awakenings through the dance of life and working on inner trauma. Sometimes those moments are graceful and delicate, and others are sweaty and messy.
