Jay Scherr, owner of Jay Scherr Business Consulting, is an avid lover of anything and everything related to business for as long as he could remember. This is why the main purpose of his consultancy is to provide small business owners and entrepreneurs the tools, strategies, coaching, and accountability to build a solid foundation and achieve success.   

After attaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and prior to venturing into business coaching and consultancy, he spent 30 successful years in the corporate world where he worked with notable companies and entrepreneurs, like Berkshire Hathaway, and held a number of leadership positions which recognized him for multiple awards, including the Top Performing District in the U.S. It was during these productive years that led him to develop his unique abilities, in the form of extensive knowledge and experiences, as his main tools in helping other business owners, from beginners to mid-sized, achieve their goals and objectives. 

Jay is a Rotarian, mentor, and is an active member of a number of business and civic organizations, including serving on the board of the Flagler Auditorium Performing Arts Center and the Palm Coast Business Professionals Network. He also hosts the podcast - Business Minds Coffee Chat, which features remarkable business leaders and influencers from around the world set to share insights and inspiration.
