On this week's episode we speak to Dr. Alpha Furbell Lisimba. 

Dr Alpha Lisimba completed his PhD at Monash University in 2016, specializing in the International Political Economy of Resources-based development. He holds a Master degree in International Relations and Political Science, specializing in International Law and Human Rights Law. His research focuses on International Law and Human Rights, Political Economy, Chinese investments in Africa, and African Politics.

We spoke about his book as well as his migration journey from Sudan to Egypt to Melbourne and how this has shaped him into the person he is today.
